Pumps and Associated Industrial Products
We are seeking a self motivated, sales orientated individual to promote and grow the existing Pumps business within our Victorian operation.
The ideal candidate will have either a Pump, Mechanical Seal or Pump Service background.
Power Transmission and Bearings
The successful applicant must have knowledge or aptitude with Power Transmission and Bearings, a proven record of sales achievements, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, have a strong customer focus & problem solving ability.
Key responsibilities of both roles will be:
· Increase our sales and position in the marketplace by driving new sales
· Maintain and expand our existing customer base
· Deliver exceptional customer service.
Duties can include:
Develop, maintain and expand an existing customer base.
Develop, maintain and expand target customer bases.
Introduce and action marketing initiatives
Assist in the transfer of product information and technical knowledge including coaching of fellow team members.
Liaison with staff regarding customer service, quotations, etc
Submission of reports as required.
Knowledge and Awareness of and Adherence to OHS principles and practices
Completing documents used in the Quality Assurance Program
Other tasks as required
Exceptional communication and leadership skills coupled with the ability to engage with key customers and stakeholders to foster long-term relationships will be critical to your success.
You will be able to clearly demonstrate sales success, build strong customer relationships, sales call planning abilities & excellent time management.

SES Linear Bearings is currently seeking an internal sales representative to join our dedicated team.
SES Linear Bearings is not your ordinary bearing supplier but the leading supplier of linear motion products and accessories with a reputation on supplying quality product’s and service.
You will be primarily responsible for incoming phone based enquiries, order processing, quotations and administration support for the sales reps within the company. You will be working as part of a small team and will appreciate the importance of delivering high quality customer service. The role has a strong technical focus providing advice and support; experience within a technical environment would be considered advantageous.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in a similar role and be able to demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be thoroughly organised and thrive on multi-tasking. As you will be working with computers a general knowledge of Microsoft office is essential.
